When looking at a phenomenon as a researcher, it often helps to examine extreme contexts and then take lessons from those and see if the phenomenon holds true for the more mundane. How might practices by HR managers and employers be influenced by the HR activities related to the health and safety of the civilian employees working in Iraq? 2. What other contexts might these practices be transferable to? 3. Is the danger and cost worth the benefit of doing business in dangerous situations for civilian employees? for their organizations?
