As I stated during our conversation, I am looking at writing a brief, but solid and scholarly graduate level (doctoral) proposal to establish a type of a Leadership Academy that would focus on ''conflict resolution/management'' and particularly the ''skills development'' of the participants in the academy. As I stated, it only needs to be a maximum of five (5) pages, and basically be a technical narrative with relevant reference of no more than one (1) page. The technical narrative proposal would include: 1. Describe the basic scientific or technical concepts to be investigated, e.g. - the current skills level of the participants relative to conflict resolution/management skills 2. Describe an innovative approach to the state of the field (social sciences which could be defined as studying the social life of human groups and individuals with a focus on communication skills/conflict skills, etc.) 3. What new knowledge or insights might be generated? 4. Describe a technical approach to implementation. 5. Identify some key scientific (or technical) challenges that must be successfull met to complete the project That is basically what is needed and again it is limited to 5-pages, which appears to limit each of the above items to about one page (single-sided, double-spaced).
