Pruchase decision (Mobile phone) 5. postpurchase evaluation (Mobile phone) I talked to my Lecturer and she told me I should mention why I & #180;m looking at mobile phone, why I choose particular this product for the young adult segment , furthermore I should write something about opinion leader and internal influences ( demographics, psychographics, lifestyle, personality, motivation and so on...)and external influences (culture, locality, royality, family, social class...) Table of content: 1. Executive summary (very important app. 500 words): Major purpose, the analytical processes, the most important findings and significant recommendations in summary form. It should encourage the reader to go on to read the full report. 2. Introduction: a.scope of the report b.Method 3. Main body and argument: Desicion making process, internal and external influences 4. Recommendations 5. Conclusions 6. References 7. Appendices Please use reliable information from scholarly sources, such as journal and newspaper articles and of course Books and Internet (Harvard Style reference).
