Carry out an analysis of the new market (PEST, SPICC, SWOT) and identify a new market segment (size, appropriate) where they can market a new product/service. 2.Produce a marketing objective for the product/service for the twelve months from the launch date. objective should be SMART. 3.Produce an action plan for the launch and marketing of a new product/service in the segment you have identified. In the action plan you should identify the actions required for 2 months before and 12 months after the product launch. Interrelate, and apply, relevant motivation theories with/ to actual practical differences managers face (i.e. broader awareness). Better student will make connections to broader context. 2.
