Reverse logistics is a new and emerging area, and as such, only a limited amount of information has been published to date. The purpose of this Dissertation is twofold: to present an overview and introduction to reverse logistics, and to provide insights on how to manage reverse logistics well. We also try to find out the future trends, which will dominate reverse Supply Chain Management in times to come.
