What are the disadvantages of poorly thought out and written aims and objectives and action plans. 2.this part should address the theory behind the recruitment procedures and motivation/ leadership issues. Need to address the following areas:- What are the various recruitment procedures used to recruit appropriate employees? Why are recruitment procedures so important to the recruitment of staff in sports facilities? How should recruitment procedures be written? Which motivational and leadership theories will inform your motivation of employees and what are their strengths and weaknesses? 3,What will be required in the way of health and safety at your facility? You should address the theory behind legislation and risk management in sports management. the following areas must be addressed; Why is health and saftey such a key issue in the management of sport facilities? Which legislation particulary impacts on the management of sports facilities.(Riddor, 1995). What is risk management? What process should be adhered to when conducting risk assessments in a sports facility? 4. The programming of activities that will be offered by your facility: the fourth section should address the theory behind programming in sport management. You must address the following areas: Why is effective programming so important in sport management facilities? What steps might the sports manager go through when designing a sports programme? What are the various approaches that can be used to design sports facility programms? What elements support effective programmes and what might be reflective or ineffective programming? 5.The fith section of the report is how will I market my facility? this should address the theory behind the use of various marketing consepts in sport management. you must address the following areas and support with references throughout. Which marketing concepts might be useful when developing your new fa cility? (focus on target markets and marketing mix).What are the dtrengths and weaknesses of the marketing concepts you have identified? What is the relationship between target markets and the marketing mix?. Thye Introduction needs to be around 250 words, and the conclusion around the same.
