Assessment Criteria The extent to which the student demonstrates that he/she is able to: 1. Illustrate a full appreciation of the mechanics of Business Improvement Districts and the New York Planning system. 2. Analyse how and why leasing patterns and property management techniques can have a major affect on value. 3. Assess the importance of local authority incentives to the development and investment process. 4. Assess the importance of ‘land mark’ developments such as the ‘Ground Zero’ site. 5. Demonstrate how regeneration can be affected by the above issues. 6. Utilize good written English.
