Assignment Task A client wishes to construct a car plant with a budget available of & #163;10,000,000 for construction of the plant. The client is experience in construction contracts but has habitually used Design and Build Contracts. The managing director would like to consider partnering, first as a project for the car plant and also strategically for future car plant development across the region. As a project manager working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy, prepare a report of approximately 2500 words which advises the client on the appropriateness of partnering as a means of procuring construction work for the plant and further developments.
