While it is for you to decide upon the content and structure of the report, you might feel it appropriate to include aspects such as: - an introduction to the organisation: its mission statement, goals, strategic objectives, etc. - a communications audit and outline of communications model - description and evaluation of effectiveness of internal and external communication systems - the extent to which the brand image and identity is strengthened/enhanced or damaged by the organisation’s communications - the consistency of messages conveyed - barriers to successful communication and use of language; evidence of intercultural sensitivities; ‘political correctness’ - an evaluation of publications used for internal communications, marketing/PR (advertisements, leaflets, web site, etc.) - an analysis of sponsorship and/or CSR activities - recommendations for improvement and/or Communications Plan Try and integrate theoretical background into your report wherever possible. Your report should include an executive summary of no more than two pages (excluded from the word count). Please ensure that you use an appropriate referencing system accurately and consistently.
