In this project, you will interview three individuals about their current exercise habits (Refer to Keniston & amp;amp; Peden, 1997). For your subjects, choose individuals from three different age groups, such as early childhood (about 5 years old), middle childhood (about 10 years old), and an adolescent or young adult. Interview each person about how often they exercise each week, the kinds of activities that they engage in, and how much time they spend exercising each week. In your report, summarize the similarities and differences between subjects in their answers to your questions. What differences did you find in terms of activity levels or in types of exercise? Are there variables other than age that could explain these differences? It is difficult to draw general conclusions about the relationship between age and exercise from a study with such a small sample, but how might you expand upon this research to design a more comprehensive study of factors related to age and exercise?
