the proposal should be about 2500 words in arial and i need it by wednesday. the proposal is about teaching english, new arrival and young learner and how can we teach english for new arrival young learners. the topics which i need to be fully covered in the proposal are: 1- difficulties and problem in teaching english as a foreign language 2- teaching English to young learner in general and the non english speaker in particular 3- find ways and techniques in teaching english with investigation and interest in which ways could be most effective , how and why 4- justification and the importance of the dissertation as example to help the new arrival to integrate in the community ASAP and the help their progress 5- background and review of similar articles and papers. 6- teaching steps , techniques, duration etc 7- assessment of the outcome and result as well as assessment of the young learners 8- re-evaluation of the paper and progress 9- problems which we could possibly facing and how can overcome it. 10-methods in collecting data and methodology , will be questionnaire quantitive and qualitive as well as interview et please find an attached article which is very similar to what i will do like in my dissertation. many thanks again
