Any organisation can occupy any floor or the complete building at relatively short notice (provided available), for periods between 4 weeks to a year. The concept is maximum flexibility of floor area(s), with standard hardware and infrastructure being provided by the company. Clients should be able to bring laptops and personal electronic records, which can be quickly, integrate with the network infrastructure provided, at the capacity demanded for operational purposes. Disaster Recovery Ltd is looking to provide the following: • Local and central printing facilities • Internet connection • Security • Interconnection of workstations (provided by Disaster Recovery Ltd) and client portable devices etc. • Central storage of data You have been contracted as a consultant to Disaster Recovery Ltd, to provide a technical report on how the above-networked system can be best achieved.
