Research Project Assignment Interpersonal Communication Research Assignment Imagine that you have been hired by a company or organization to offer training in Interpersonal Communication to its employees. Based on the material covered in this course, decide what you consider to be the two most important interpersonal skills from which employees would benefit. Explain why you chose the company and skills you did and provide me with any and all information I would need to understand the inner workings of this company (i.e. the number of people employeed, their ages, cultural background, education level, history of the company, etc.). Then design a pair of activities (one for each skill) that you believe would help identify the problem you have chosen or improve on it. The two activities need not be related to each other. Each activity should have a title, purpose(s) and directions. Remember, you will not be here to talk me through the assignment so I will need to understand the process and goals of your assignment through imagination alone. Be as clear and specific as possible.
