Make certain that you recognize/discuss the likely culture of the business sector…and for the most part these will be US-centric. Then compare the major issues of power distance, individual vs collective, risk avoidance, etc, based on Adler and Hofstede, so that an executive can see and work with the issues of culture, rather than overlooking. Leadership-section of paper: Imagine the likely leadership model which fits the sector researched. Identify the model (see Northouse, 2007 Leadership 4th ed) for ideas. (many of the very competitive, tech-based companies choose leaders which fit the transformative model, or perhaps information on leader traits found in Northouse). Compare that model for leading with what needs to be done to advance or develop industry activity in the country (s) selected. Summarize your major points. The last section the executive summary is simply a listing of the major points for the CEO to consider… it should reflect what’s described in detail, earlier in the summary. Make certain you do not add a new idea in the summary!
