To construct a consultancy report based on the case study- A Male rugby performer considering taking erogenic aids to bulk up in weight and size, due to there belief that they are not big and strong enough. As a consultant you would need to find out details of the client, run assessments, analyse findings and produce courses of action, with follow-up methods. As a sport or exercise consultant you are required to consider all three disciplines-Physiology,Psychology and biomechanics in response to your case study scenario. Your report should include the following: Identify details of your case study client Detail the issue/s that your client has come to you with Discuss the approach you would adopt in dealing with this client Consider code of practice and ethical issues Discuss your rationale for the assessments you would use Detail your analysis and use of the findings Discuss your rationale for the courses of action to be taken Consider possible methods of progress review and evaluation Reference list Sections 3-8 should form the main body of the report, with sections 1 and 2 providing introductory detail to the hypothetical client. Information in the main section of the report should be supported with references and based on theoretical understanding. Appendices can be used to include any supporting documents for example; made up results, training plans etc?
