TASKS The following tasks have been design to guide your work and help you to provide evidence towards the learning outcomes and criteria identified for this assignment. You are to individually prepare a chart to compare and contrast the type of organizational structure and culture that operates within the company that you work for (or that you know) with another but quite different organization. Your answers should be through and supported by theory. For instance, you should provide enough evidence and explanation to support your conclusions regarding the type of structure and culture that exist in an organization. The chart should focus on the associated structures, organizational networks, linkages and classification of organizational culture for each organization. Additionally, you are also required to answer the questions below to analyse the factors, which influence individual behavior at work. In so doing you must consider the effects of human resource functions, authority and power, perception, personality and the significance and nature of individual differences on individual behaviour. You should provide examples to support your answers.
