The purpose of this assignment is to review and discuss with your peers an area of interest to you in your discipline or position where quality is not met to your satisfaction. This can be an area that impacts health outcomes either indirectly or directly(i.e., medication errors, conflict management, hiring/firing process,orientation,quality of mentorship,leadersship style, organizational philosophy, patient care interventions). The assignment entails the review of an article of interest, preferably the topic of selection as stated above, where quality of practice or outcome is questionable, a summary of the article, and development of a real or fictitious case study to share with the class, to facilitate the discussion on the discussion board.In addition please provide three questions posed from the article to paper. Case study and the three questions should be included at the end of the reference page of the summary paper. Summary of the article must include: a review of the article and isssue of concern and discuss why this issue is of importance to you and society. The summary should be 2-3 pages in length, maximum of 3 pages not including title page, references or appendices and should follow APA 5th edition scholarly writing guidelines. Please develop a case study pertinent to the topic and three questions posed from the article that can facilitate an discussion at tne end of the paper, after the reference page.
